The story of how Hoptinger Bier Garden & Sausage House came to be is a story not like most. It takes place in a far away land known as Brüvania.  In this land the people were called Brüvians and their business was bier and their passion was sausage. The Brüvian culture was simple and they lived in peace and harmony while perfecting their recipes for many years until one sad day life as they knew it was changed forever. The recipes and ingredients that have become our pride and joy today were nearly lost if it wasn’t for the bravery of a small resistance lead by our hero and founder Col. Falke. The legend of the colonel and how he saved this magnificent people and their land is a tale we love to share.  So pour a fresh bier, throw another log on the fire and enjoy the Legend of Hoptinger.
